Nan and Granddad set up a splash pool in their backyard. It was very important that I bring my purse with me, of course.

Splashing time rocks!
Mommy and I went with Caden and Ms. Laura, and Luke and Ms. Catherine to the Noah's Ark Pool. It is so much fun! There's so much to see and do there, we went all summer!
See the big ark? You can slide down it, but I stayed close to Mommy, and mostly went down the rainbow slide. Next year, maybe I'll be ready for the big slides!
One day, Nan and Mommy and I went to Discovery Green to listen to a story time. We found a super neat-o splash area, at least, that's what they said. I didn't see any water, do you?
"Oh wow! What's that under my foot? Maybe I can stomp on it!"
"Wowie wow! Look how high the water can go!!"
"I think, if I reach just a little bit, I can catch it..."
All that splashing, a picnic later, and then ice cream to top it all off! I'm a sleepy girl...
... but never too tired for ice cream!
