A Very Merry Half Birthday to Me!

On October 16th, I turned six months old! I know, I look good for my age. Mommy and Daddy and I went down to Houston for the weekend, and got to visit with Grandma, Poppy, Nana, Uncle Dan, Aunt Marian, Cousin Lauren and Taylor, Uncle Jamie, and some of Mommy and Daddy's friends. (I am quite the social butterfly, if you didn't know.) Here are some pictures from our visit:

 Gotta start the day with a good breakfast! Grandma fed me some rice cereal to get my birthday started. 

 After having some breakfast and playing, it was time for my nap time story. I am such a good reader now!

 After nap time, it was time to head over to Uncle Jamie's to watch the UT football game. 

 Here we are now at Poppy and D's house. Don't you love my ballerina jammies? I sure do. Today was quite an exciting day- I turned six months old, Mommy got a new car, and the Longhorns won their game!

On our way home on Sunday, Mommy, Daddy, and I stopped at Lupe Tortillas, Daddy's favorite Mexican restaurant. I got to drink ice water from a big girl glass, and I helped myself to some refried beans! What a funtastic weekend!! Happy half birthday to me!!
