In the spring time, it is pretty much a Texas state law that you must be photographed in the bluebonnets. (It's our state flower!) Last year, there wasn't any rain, so we didn't have many wildflowers. This year, they were EVERYWHERE! One weekend, when Mommy and I were in Austin, we went with Nan, Aunt Becky, Uncle Scott, and Cousin Avery to take pictures in the bluebonnets!
"Look, Mommy, a bluebonnet!"

It looks like Cousin Avery is saying "Nice dress, Lilly." We are two fashionable little floral explorers! I hope there is lots of rain next year, too, for more beautiful bluebonnets!
